Collaborations

We raised the bar—and the blade—at the launch of “The Earl”, a limited-edition chef’s knife crafted by bladesmith Corey Dunlap in collaboration with chef Earl James Reynolds of Herb & Omni. With only 5 Damascus and 15 stainless steel knives made, each piece reflected their shared dedication to craftsmanship and durability.

The event celebrated the artistry of Chef Earl—a Whitefish native and James Beard nominee known for his seasonal, locally rooted cuisine—and Corey, a former chef turned bladesmith who’s honed over 100,000 blades and trained under a Master Bladesmith.
